What We're reading (and listening to) this Week
The United States Govt Is Building Concentration Camps. Donald Trump is sending people to concentration camps in El Salvador and in defiance of the U.S. Supreme Court--this is a Constitutional Crisis.
Climate science isn't giving your kid anxiety. Trump's newest argument for defunding climate science is that it's giving kids anxiety. But that's not really why kids are upset.
I Read the New York Times Today, Oh Boy. Trump's incompetence is revealing a broken country — and none of the leaders Democrat or Republican have proposed the kind of systemic change it will take to rebuild it.

Guides and Legal
As ICE raids persist across the country, please share these guides far and wide to make sure people know their rights
Know Your Rights - printable flyer in Spanish and English
Comparison of Administrative Warrant vs. JUDICIAL Warrant. A Judicial Warrant signed by a judge is required for ICE to take action.
In anticipation of ICE raids and repression, the ACLU and NYCLU websites have some resources to help answer questions and quell anxiety with at least the illusion of some control. ICE officials may roll right over these rights, but it's probably worth knowing they exist. WHAT TO DO IF YOU'RE STOPPED BY IMMIGRATION OFFICERS:

We need to build an alternative force in American politics — one that puts working families first and will OPPOSE Trump and Musk. If you’re with us, please help the Working Families Party take up the fight by making a donation today.
