Stop the ExpressVote certification

ACTION NEEDED BY THURSDAY MORNING!

This Thursday, Jan. 14th, at 10am, the New York Board of Elections is meeting with certification of two voting machines on the agenda.  The ExpressVote XL is the focus of our attention because expert scrutiny has found myriad problems with it. 

Use this link to ask for the BOE to NOT certify the ExpressVote XL voting machine. (The page looks complicated, but just scroll ALL the way down and click the SEND button).

You can sign up to speak at the board meeting by emailing election_ops@electionsny.gov, or simply watch the proceedings at this link  https://www.elections.ny.gov/2020Meetings.html  It looks like it’s just a site for past meeting archives but the link for Thursday’s meeting will appear when time for the meeting draws near.
