It’s an example of the oil and gas industry’s grip on our government, economy, and fundamental democratic freedoms. Take Action: Tell Congress to end its attacks on climate progress.

Make Corporate Climate Polluters Pay. The legislation, the Climate Change Superfund Act, demands that companies responsible for significant greenhouse gas emissions pay apportioned fees totaling $3 billion annually for each of the next 25 years to offset the climate costs.
